Subcontract Positions with Behaviourlytics
Behaviourlytics Subcontracts service providers for FSCD funded contracts in N.W. & N.E. Calgary.
We are currently seeking: Behaviour Aides
Openings currently available include; 12 hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 4.30pm -6pm in Panamount NW
upto 6 hours Tuesday and Weekend

We also have ongoing need for Speech Pathologist support and Associate supports.
The associate role - includes sessions with multiple clients across the week. ABA background and reliable vehicle is a must. Consideration of this role is given to those seeking Certifications.

Behaviour Aide Candidates will require
Police clearance with vulnerable persons check,
Current first aid/CPR,
Experience working with challenging behaviour and populations requiring specialised services,
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Excellent time management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Reliable vehicle and drivers license
Ability to travel to locations in NW, & NE.
Education
High School Diploma and 18 years of age (essential).
Bachelors Degree or currently enrolled in a University program related to Behaviour Science, Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Health Sciences, Education, or Early Childhood Development (preferred).
Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis would be an asset.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.
Job Description
Under the supervision the Behaviour Aide (tutor) will perform tasks and implement learning procedures, collect data to meet goals, and objectives as indicated by each program; during sessions of 1.5 - 2 hours four to five times a week. Experience of working with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a must and preferred candidate will have knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
The position requires consistently communicating with Consultant, other professionals, and home team, the tutor will provide behaviour intervention in-home directly with the client and their family.
It is the responsibility of the tutor to work with caregivers, and/or staff, to put in place strategies outlined in the plan developed by a BCBA to achieve desired outcomes. From preparation of teaching materials, implementing the programming, and monitoring the client’s progress.
The responsibility of the Associate is to to work with caregivers, and/or staff, to ensure training for strategies outlined in the plan developed by a BCBA. From preparation of program materials, charting data, and monitoring the client’s progress. The associate will assist in the training and support of program development for their assigned clients.

Hours; Behaviourlytics uses ABA Engine to schedule sessions in consultation with the team.
Reliability is a must.
​
Successful Candidates will be subcontracted for their service and provided with access to training in ABA with potential of career development.
