Get to Know Us

Behaviourlytics aims to understand an individuals unique ability to learn and develop learning in others.  Utilising applied behaviour analysis (ABA), Behaviourlytics, assists parents, and individuals of significance to the learner, increase their own skills and strategies to promote the learners level of ability in meeting learning and development goals.

About The Founder.

With a Post Graduate in Psychology followed by a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Fiona has traveled from England, through New Zealand and to Wales where she opened a practice for 5 years.  Opportunity then moved her to Canada where she now lives and supports the learning of her own family.

With over 20 years of experience in behaviour analysis working in both private and public settings. Fiona specializes in generative instruction, early skill development, verbal behaviour analysis and academic curriculum design, utilizing standard celeration charting.

The passion for her career has been in the provision of best evidence based practice. With experience across the globe, working in collaboration with those of significance to the individual (e.g., Parents, Grandparents, & Siblings) and within teams of professionals (e.g., Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, & Teachers).  Behaviourlytics was developed with the understanding that learning continues throughout life.

Our History 

December 2020

Behaviourlytics Founded

Behaviourlytics was developed to provide quality Applied Behaviour Analysis Services to individuals who struggle in school and those with learning needs.

June 2023

Behaviourlytics is incorporated

The first step in the growth of Behaviourlytics as a company providing Applied Behaviour Analysis Services to better serve clients needs

Our Team.

Behaviourlytics is built from a team of individuals with interest in the applying of the science of behaviour to the learning of socially significant behaviours.

Home Tutoring

Tutors/Behaviour Aides

In home support & Learning sessions are provided by individuals with studies in social and health sciences including psychology.  They are provided with on job training in applied behaviour analysis.  Following program plans developed by the BCBA.

Home schooling

Senior Tutor & Associates

The associate role supports training and program development, meeting the team on a weekly basis.  With regular contact to the BCBA these individuals are seeking certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Family support plans, love and caring

You

As the most important team members the Family is supported in understanding how learning occurs.  Training and support is provided to implement programing outside of Tutor/Behaviour Aide sessions.

Business Meeting

Program Development

Program development is provided by a Behaviour Analyst certified with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA.  They meet with the team every two to three weeks.

Family at the Table

Coordinator

The Co-Ordinator role may be held by a team member, most often the BCBA to ensure all paperwork is filed for the fund holders, documents are accessible for team members and the team meets on a regular basis.

Child Psychologist

Professional Team

Privately hired professionals such as Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physio Therapists maybe added to the team.
