Behaviourlytics provides Applied Behaviour Analytic Services tailored to your unique needs.
Consultation
Adding a Behaviour Analyst to your team provides an enhanced learning experience. A consultant provides advise with a scientific understanding of learning.
Training is tailored to your team. Topics include but are not limited to; positive approaches to learning, pinpointing for identification of learning goals, SMART Goal setting (including IEP development).
Consultation from a BCBA is available for families, early learning teams, school teams and individuals. Behaviourlytics provides training and discussion on a variety of learning strategies developed from evidence based research.
Assessment
Assessments include, but are not limited to: – Functional Behaviour Assessment and Analysis – VBMAPP – Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills
Assessments are designed by a BCBA, to aid the identification of specific target behaviours that interfere with a learners education. A functional assessment can help identify events that prevent learning or maintains’ a problematic behaviour. Strategies are then developed to bring about acceptable alternative behavior. Behaviour that aids the learner in independent skill development without interfering with the learner’s education.
Behaviourlytics assessments are not intended for diagnostic purpose. An assessment is carried out to identify learning needs and goals.
Support Plans
Individualized support plans from Behaviourlytics are developed by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) for functional and academic skills. Following initial consultation and assessment of the learning needs, a BCBA will provide strategies and programming to meet the agreed upon goals.
Programs are tailored to the learner’s needs, with training for implementation. All programming is developed as a team to ensure best practice for the individual learner. Support plans include, but are not limited to, skills involving basic living (e.g., toileting, sleep, tooth brushing, daily routines), academics (e.g., math, English, science), or behaviour concerns (e.g., Tantrums, self harm, harm to others).
Specialised learning programs supporting family goals are available via Teams
Early Intervention
Behaviour Technitions trained in early interventions provide sessions on a daily basis.
Early intervention is best practice for ABA services. Introducing your child to good study habits and supporting natural environment teaching. Behaviourlytics uses your child's preferences to motivate and engage your child in learning.
Sessions are play based and introduce learner ready skills via discrete trial learning and precision teaching methods.
Dialectical Therapy
Parenting is difficult. Understanding of thoughts and emotions in relation to our actions can support a healthy approach to parenting.
Supports are available for parents utilising Acceptance and Commitment frameworks to direct therapy
Supporting Team Work
Behaviourlytics encourages a team approach. You are welcome to add additional professional including but not limited to Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physio Therapists.
Behaviourlytics will assist you in finding these services to support the goals outlined in initial meeting. Linking all team members to Microsoft TEAMS for share and collaboration of files.
