How it works

Our services

Behaviourlytics offers an evidence advocacy approach to developing functional and academic skills through the expertise of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

The BCBA conducts consultations on learning and behaviour, assesses individual skills and deficits, and creates learning plans, while continuously tracking progress to achieve learning goals.

    Connect with your care team

    • The BCBA will assist in the development of programs and training in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
    • The Behaviour Aide or Tutor will provide daily support during sessions as needed by the family.
    • Professionals such as Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other therapists may also be included.

    • Microsoft Teams links your team to the programs and information that support the learning plan.
    • PrecisionX is used to track and assess learning objectives.
    • A learning plan is created and overseen to ensure that goals are achieved.

Progress you can see

Goals are regularly monitored and tracked using industry-standard celeration charting to ensure progress.

  • Each dot shows correct responses in a timed practice, counted per minute.
  • Each cross shows errors in the same practice. On a good chart, these fall.
  • The scale multiplies rather than adds, so a steady climb means steady growth every week.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Fiona brings over 20 years of applied behaviour analytic experience, including a decade as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

She’s known for blending precision with playfulness, and for asking “What’s possible?” even when the answer isn’t obvious.

What is Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is the scientific study of learning and behaviour. It enhances social, emotional, academic, and functional skills needed for success. ABA is well-known for supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum but is also applied in sports, business, academics, and more.

How can I fund the services?

Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) may be available to support functional skills and specialized parent learning programs. Support is available for specialized services and behaviour development services.

Funding can take up to 6 weeks to be approved. Please speak and connect with your benefit provider or Behaviourlytics to discuss your needs and expectations of service.

How does billing work for services?

Behaviourlytics issues an invoice monthly for services rendered. For FSCD direct billing, you need to sign and return it with any time sheets. Independently funded clients should pay within two weeks of receiving the invoice via e-transfer.
